Muayad Dabbas

Founder, Soul Curated Wellness 

Muayad Dabbas brings together decades of experience in leadership, investment, real estate, technology, and personal health exploration. 

His journey into wellness began with a personal turning point that challenged his understanding of health and led him to explore the deeper systems that shape energy, metabolism, resilience, and longevity. 

Through his studies in metabolic health, mitochondrial function, fasting, circadian biology, nutrition, quantum biology, and lifestyle design, Muayad began to see health not as a collection of separate interventions, but as an interconnected rhythm. 

Soul Curated Wellness was born from this realization: that people need more than information. They need structure, clarity, community, and lived experience to support real transformation.
